PAYMENT //

EverythingGirl accepts PayPal as method of payment. Orders cannot be cancelled after purchase. Custom orders also cannot be cancelled after purchase, but if the item hasn't been shipped, it can be changed (within reason) if EverythingGirl is contacted within a timely manner.

SHIPPING //

EverythingGirl will dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days and 2-4 weeks for custom or wholesale orders. Please allow 3-7 working days for CAN delivery. All other international deliveries are approximately 7–14 working days. Delivery time is calculated by adding dispatch time and delivery time.

Express delivery and insurance are available upon request. This will include tracking code and signature maybe required upon delivery. For your safety EverythingGirl encourages you to have your parcel insured. EverythingGirl cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. This service is available for a small flat fee.

It is your responsibility to make sure your purchase arrive in time for your event. Please plan ahead and allow enough time for delivery. EverythingGirl is not responsible for any items arriving late for your event.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES //

EverythingGirl will do everything possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase and in the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our service or products, please contact us directly by emailing [email protected].

No refunds or returns, but we are happy to exchange items that you are unsatisfied with within a 30 day period of receiving them for a different item or size, provided that the original piece is in good condition and is accompanied with proof of purchase.

EverythingGirl will replace a damaged or broken piece up to 21 days from the date you receive it. We are also happy to repair your item for you. Repairs after 45 days of purchase start at $15 and will increase depending on the damage. Please be ready to provide your original purchase receipt.
